I am one of those people who has struggled with weight most of my life. One major reason is because I didn’t understand biology and nutrition.
I got my first horse when I was about 10 or 11 years old.
It was in 1988 and I was 18 years old when the Olympic Trials for cycling came to my hometown of Spokane Washington.
